@Dav27ellevay Punching a cop in the face is not cooperating. Standing when ordered to remain sitting is not cooperating. If they had enough officers to put him down and arrest him, that is what they would have done. The majority of the officers were trying to keep the hostile crowd encroaching on officers and refusing their commands held back.
