Without a doubt, this has to be their best alblum (apart from the Greatest Hits). Moody, Spirtual, and some of the best Bass work track for track that you'll ever hear on one alblum. Billy Preston on keyboards and the Stairsteps handling most of the guitar work. I agree that this is a "Classic" alblum that hasn't got it's due. (And it's still fresh after 34 yrs.)

These guys were around longer than the Jacksons, but these guys definitely did not get their just due respect. They were incredible. Period.

@sameeh109 i'm up on 5 stairsteps HOWEVER, i've never heard this audio ecstasy that is the 2nd resurrection!!! WHEW!!! each joint i listened to thus far is MAGIC!!!

Billy Preston produced it.I is one of the all time unheralded great albums ,mysterious, lots of people know about it, ,few have it, It shoulda been reissued a long time ago.i bought it in Germany in 1976 I think,lent it to a buddy he transferred to the states with it.I been wanting it again ever since.
Wow, can you post the tracks, "From Us To You", "Lifting", and "Theme from the Angels"? Those are my favorites from that album, besides "Pasado"....

I can co-sign on that! Wonderful LP. Im glad George Harrison hook them up and saw potenial in this composition.
