Watch as Maria Rippo makes up this recipe as she goes. It's raw, healthy, vanilla bean ice cream with raw, delicous chocolate brownie chunks! Good health for your body and good taste for your palate! Raw ice cream is the new YUM!
you shoudl stop using agave nectar and cacao as well, its no good they say (search online and find out) :) raw carob powder/honey/dates etc can be a nice replacement. i'd consume cacao but only if its from a good source and rarely, not on daily basis. for agave, if i remember its much worse the cacao so i won't consume it at all.
real cocoa chocolate is SO healthy for you.... learn your facts rawmark, even the egyptians already knew that pure chocolate with absolutely no sugar is VERY Good for you...
I hope you enjoy having -2, cause that's what ur getting...
you have a very strong point! My mom is a vegan and she is very strong lol... I might start going to eating more healthy! oh, and thanks for the great recipe
OK, so I figured out that 14 shakes of salt is only a 1/4 tsp. so yes, it looks like a put a ton of salt in, but I didn't. It tasted great. About the chocolate, there are many differing opinions and I think each person will react differently to certain foods. Occasional raw chocolate is a great treat alternative to many others out there. We do need to live a little after all! EAting is one of life's greatest pleasures. I like to find healthy ways to enjoy delicasies!
Not impressed at all. If you've taken the time to actually research what you're speaking about then you would know that Fred Bisci, Brian Clement, and about 20 other raw food pioneers are against using raw chocolate, which really isn't raw, and is not healthy and quite toxic to our systems. Stop promoting raw chocolate and do your homework.
What did you sprinkle in there at 6 mins? You got busy talking about pestisides and didn't mention what you were putting in the icecream. I'm guessing it was salt, cinnamon, or stevia. Thanks.
Australians can check out great vanilla beans, cocoa nibs and vanilla beans on the rudantrading website
