@dgschmitke thanks for the reply, have you ever seen the video freeze in FCP7 when the source is Motionjpeg? That happened to me this morning, about 30 seconds into a 90 second clip I had generated from Mpegstream clip.

I was confused by your choice of 59.94 for the frame rate? Was the source video 720 / 60P? Thanks for making this video. I'm really struggling with the transcoding of GoPro HD2 files (raw_ is mp4) to something I can edit in FCP7.

@MobileMediaProducts 59.94 because that was the frame rate of the original footage. Your GoPro might be configured differently, but if it's set at 60 fps, its actually 59.94. You can always check the properties of the footage before you convert via a video program or the info window in finder. The main thing is they should be the same.

i can't import my footage, i do exactly what you did and it wrote ERROR when i press TO BACH button.. help me please!!

@3sub3 can you explain more specifically what type of error it gives you? Possibly a problem with codecs installed on your machine - MPEG Streamclip will not render some videos when it doesn't have the installed codecs, when this happens the error message is "Error: Can't Prepare Movie"
