There is no such things as beauty tips.. the reality of things is that you need to have good genes, even nice skin is genetic.. and then of course eating healthy whole foods..and you are good. Please, I know people that don't have nice skin and they eat all the veggies and scrub and use organic expensive creams and their skin is still not glowing..it's all about being lucky with your gene pool..
