  • Every time I used to pre-packaged salt it felt like I had chlorine in my nose and it sometimes slightly burned. I might be just a isolated case. So I switched and there hasn't been a problem. Great video again. I majored in voice in college and bought your book awhile ago (Ultimate Breathing Workout). I'm finally getting into reading it now and I have to say you have some great exercises and routines that I found help me each day. Thank you!

  • Cool:) Glad you likee :) Never really had the chlorine thing except when I use to use shower water without a filter. The chlorine I got was from our tap water;) So that is something to think about too. For anyone that experiences the chlorine feel, you might want to get a water filter on your tap.

  • Nedi pots are great, I use mine every time I get a stuffed nose. I would recommend getting a replacement salt than the one that comes in the box (it contains a lot of chemicals). You can some natural salt at any health store for a couple bucks. I've been using that same bag for a long time; great buy! Awesome video!

  • I have to disagree on the salt. I used to use seasalt and still promote it but I know for a fact that the Neilmed salt is purified and is free of chemicals because I personally spoke to Dr. Mehta. But I also thank you for mentioning that because some people will just use iodized table salt which isn't good. Now I gotta go flush my sinuses:)

  • I totally agree. You could use that same point to the water you are inhaling when using a humidifier too. I saw you owned a humidifier with a nice filter on another one of your videos. Regardless of what your using, the quality of the water is very important.

  • Man, I have to use the Neti pot...we have one, but I haven't tried it yet. My husband swears by that thing. I feel the same way...it's gonna make me drown. :)

  • I never thought about all this stuff... Perhaps one day I might use stuff like it, but so far I really don't feel the need to. Interesting though!
