the easiest way is to drive to francis international airport,steal a helicopter and fly to algonquin,then just fly 5 minutes and you the achievement

not the easiest way, dude, once u unlock algonquin, just go to the helitour and steal a copter, then fly into alderny and u get a n instant 6 star because that island is still blocked and forbidden, then just fly around for 5 minutes! but if u don't want to wait ot unlock algonquin, this way is good!

get 6 stars and go to the playboy x apartemment or the one roman gives to us

that way was actually a really easy way the way i did it was i was jus havin some fun and killed a cop so automatic two star then i jus hid behind this wall and jus shot the cops as they came. helicopters come but u just hav to shoot the gunners. for swat lock on then move to head cuz ull waste bullets u u shoot at their armor.

Cheats disable the achievement. Um yeah I got this by getting 6 stars and just driving around lol. Way more fun :D

there's a way easier way. The cluckin bell's that have the hallway all you do is hug the wall and kill them. WAY easier.

I don't know about that but I've heard that if you have cheats that it won't work ... this is pretty easy to do though...i don't think you need to fly over the city to acheive this
