Cut pork meat in stripes.
Take a bowl and put in whole eggs or 4 yellow egg parts only, add cream if you like, then beat with a whisk.
Add parmesan cheese, pecorino cheese, salt and pepper, always mixing with whisk.
Brown pork meat in a frying-pan.
Cook pasta in boiling water, drip it and add to the meat; add now eggs and cheese mixture mixing well and avoiding lumps. Add pepper if needed then wait on.
