lmao @teslagenius2
they seem so happy to drink piss.

"I want to piss on you.
Yes I do, I'll piss on you,
I pee on you."

Obviously your professor had the mentality of a weasel if he did not alert his students to the fact that the 'observer'/knower/mind plays a role in how 'clean and sanitary' are experienced/understood in 'common usage'.
Your statement:
"if I bought some clean bottled water, but I heard a rumor that some bottled water is dirty if it's bottled by Mexicans and I threw that bottle away"
One would discard 'clean water' that is said to be 'dirty'; because of the mind's role in the decision-making

Yes, I agree 100%. This nirbija's argument has drifting into outer space ROFL!
-
Mind? Now you're saying "the healthy mind"? Wow, talk about using the Orwellian memory hole. No, what we spoke of before was "clean and sanitary" in general and common usage and *not* clean and healthy minds, which is downright bizarre.
While my writing and composition professor of yesteryear would have taken you to task for abuse of language (and probably refer to you as a "weasel" as a result), I will not.

It's a stupid show, they don't spend enough time on detalils.

They often try different things out without necessary calculations or thinking, fail and say 'Busted' after the first try. They once tried to focus sunlight with a huge mirror to ignite wood like Archimedes, and decided it was impossible to turn it in the right direction, or to achieve the necessary temperature. The idea of using multiple (maybe some thousand) shield-sized mirrors made of copper foil didn't even come to their minds.

I guess I would feel a little weird about tasting it for the first time, but no doubt it's clean. They must have checked it on Earth before launching the equipment into space.

What was posted before & recently are consistent.
If the water is recycled human waste, then it poses a 'reasonable' problem for every healthy mind!
Being 'clean and sanitary', for a healthy mind, involves more than just a physical state of the water; it is also a psychological state if it is going to be ingested.
And I wouldn't rely on the nasty people at NASA to determine what is 'clean and sanitary'.
Being 'clean & sanitary' involves more than just the absence of germs/foreign particles!
-
True, but wouldn't you agree that if the recycled water is both clean and sanitary? The person that I am debating seems to think that if one simply THINKS the water is unclean, then it is. I believe that NASA wouldn't let them drink that water unless it's processed to be clean and sanitary.
PLEASE do NOT
show what they EAT !!!!!!!!

I am sure that it's clean and sanitary, but still the psychological aspect cannot be ignored.
