Sales has killed me and is killing me again!

I lost EVERYTHING by being in sales: my car, my apartment, hope, I defaulted on all my credit cards and had to move back across the country to live with my parents again at the age of 26. I got my MBA in the hopes I could get away from sales an work in business management. Instead, I got a job doing customer service at a financial services firm, loving it, making a comfortable salary. I did such a great job that my boss thought I would do well in sales, even though I told him I did NOT want to do sales. What did he do? He put me in sales. It's my second day and I am in Hell all over again

I've been in commission only sales the past 2 years, and I make over 130,000 a year. It seems like you need an attitude adjustment... and maybe you should speak up for yourself... a company is not going to move to a position you do not desire if they desire to keep you. Sales is a mixture of confidence, excitement, and metaverbal communication. You are not strong on these points... so work on them or don't do sales. Goodluck.

I think you need your own business. People like you need to be on the top. Because you know whats going on and you will listen. Then if you give someone a good position, they'll respect you and work like a dog and be happy about it. But when you have ass whole loosers working people, they don't respect, they don't like what they do, they hate everyone in the workplace. This guys attitude will only get worse if he doesn't get what he needs. I know!
