Matt has a few easy things to pick up on. In his wind up, he demonstrates a pelvic drop, suggesting inadequate muscle power of his right gluteus medius, which causes him to fall forward early and lose some of the kinetic energy from his lower extremity. He also has a prominent internally rotated and abducted right scapula that can be seen even through his jersey suggesting inadequate control of his serratus anterior and maybe weak mid traps. His back foot comes off the rubber early indicating he doesn't get enough femoral internal rotation. Matt doesn't really use his lower body to his advantage, and therefore most his power comes from the trunk up.
