I've been asked this a few times, and each time I'm grateful that I didn't have to stick straight to the SCD diet. In fact, this week I'm doing very, very great! :D Naturopath's telling me my juices (of all things) are serving as my best medicines at this time, pumping antioxidants in my system. I recorded a video earlier this week, hopefully I can upload it tonight. Remember: nothing beats the advice and guidance of a qualified, and open-minded, health practitioner. To your health! :)
