I loved it, mostly perfect faces , beautiful dubbing.
The only thing I hated was the long ass intro.

Yeah this had alot of well dubbed moments, but the first couple of seconds didn't match at all.
The best moment was at 221 That is the best voice for Tomo btw. ^.^

Can you specify where you thought it was weak? Looking back at this, there were indeed some parts where I was just lazy, like the ending which has already been fixed up nicely.
Also, if you think Shock is great for Tomo, see Azumanga Q - Schadenfreude.
