In August 2009, Ajaxo.com was launched as the first free web service to help families across the nation save money on their groceries.
Ajaxo.com functions like a search engine, allowing students and families to search for groceries currently offered by supermarkets in their local community on sale or discount (i.e. Safeway, Kroger, Target, CVS-Longs, Rite Aid, etc.). Ajaxo.com gives consumers information they need to make educated decisions and price comparisons. The website is free. It does not require a user-registration or sign-up and does not carry any form of pop-up, commercial advertisement.
In addition to the standard news and updates fare typical of a blog, our blog illustrates the application of a resource like Ajaxo.com through various examples of how people can search, identify, and buy groceries to create a dinner for four on a budget of $5.00 to $10.00 per dinner at our blog. The blog can be located at http://ajaxo.tumblr.com.
Ajaxo.com is constantly expanding. All feedback is welcome. Know of a big supermarket in your area we haven't covered? Let us know! Drop us a line at our website. Visit www.Ajaxo.com today and start saving!
