'HEPCA DOES NOT WORK IN ANIMAL WELFARE' as stated by Mr. Amr Ali, Managing Director of HEPCA, yet animal advocates joined and attended this awareness campaign in concern for the current conditions of dolphins in captivity, dolphinariums opening, and current status of dolphinariums in Egypt,. Animal People learnt a lot from this event, arranged by HEPCA and got inspired by Ric O'Barry... any change should happen if we animal people of the world unite and keep pressure on -- to stop the ugly practice of Japan Dolphin Massacre and urge our government to stop importing dolphins to Egypt from Japan.
