Interesting, is this the Goju Club at WCU, and if so who taught you these weapons katas? Only wondering, the last weapons instructor I knew of in the area that taught an Eku Kata was DT. Brewer. Either way, don't recognize the form. And one last question, what place did each of you get at Dula's tournament? Just wondering.

This is a weapons kata from Sansei Gojo Ryu. Although I think these both have been took out of the system now.

the eku kata looks like Shuguro no kai
and th tanbo kata looks like the one
Perry sensei teaches.

Lol you probably dont even know what she is using an oar for.
In most animes there is somone weilding a giant sword(zanbato)
shows like :
naruto - zabuza,kisame,suigetsu
bleach: ichigo
ruroni kenshin: sagonoske
well why isnt she using a zanbato?
beacause...blacksmiths dont really forge them anymore for they would only be for show...
also because humans have gotten weaker over the years so she wouldnt be able to wield it...neither would you nor I

The video footage is way too calm and the kata too slow for this music.
I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with the kata, mind you, I'm just saying that the choice of music was... disjointed.

I thought it went alright but it's really hard to find something that all the kata's fit to. I thought it was a clever lil ditty to put with it tho.
