Production line for manufacturing Sweet Cheese Curds IntelleCurd

The line is meant for the following technical operations:

- Reception of cottage cheese mass in the bunker and its transfer to dosing unit of cheese curd ;
- Reception of filling mass in the bunker and its transfer to filling unit for fillings;
- Deposition of cottage cheese mass and stuffings forming cases(body) for cheese curds with
the set parameters;
- Placement of cookies from cartridges and lining it under the cheese curds case;
- Placing marmalade as a lining under the cheese curds case;
- Cutting of marmalade lining under the cheese curd case;
- Enrobing Cheese curds with one or two color at same time;
- Decoration of cheese curds with one or two color at the same time;
- Sprinkling of cheese curd with coconut powder or with another product for decoration and taste;
- Cooling of enrobed cheese curd in 3 sectioned cooling tunnel;
- Automatic placing of glazed Sweet Cheese Curd to the flow pack packing line with the
printing of date of manufacturing;
- Automatic placing of the glazed Sweet cheese curds on the automatic machine for packing of
curd cakes in a foil packing with the date of manufacturing printed.
The equipment are assembled with the best known electronics and motors:
- electronics OMRON (Japan), АВВ (Germany);
- pneumatic SMC (Japan);
- motors SITI (Italy), Motovario (Italy).
- stainless steel (Finland)
Separate accessories have a guarantee of the manufacturer till 5 years. All parts contacting the
product, are executed from the materials resolved to application by Ministry of Health of the
Russian Federation.




Assortment of Sweet cheese curds with stuffing :
- bars with round cross section, ball-shaped;
- bars with rectangular cross section;
- ball-shaped;
- different kinds of filling (jams, boiled condensed milk with sugar, soft caramel, chocolate pasteetc -- fat content in cheese curd mass from 5.0 to 26.0 %
- application of supplements into cheese curd mass (fruit aromas, cacao, fruits fractions, nuts, coco chips etc)
- different kinds of glaze (cacao, milk, sugar, sugar-fruit and other fat glazing)
- possibility to decorate the top of the product (with chocolate glaze, coco chips, nuts, wafer crumbs etc)
- сырок, посыпанный кокосовыми хлопьями, крошкой, цветной глазурью и т.д.
- two or three balls with three different fillings in one package, or sprinkled with coco (similar to
Rafaello candies, projects with brands like Fanni, Molvest, Kombinat Predneprovskee).
- as a sandwich made by the cheese curd bar with filling, deposited on biscuit and covered with
chocolate
- curd cheese cake in the form of daisy with jam filling in the middle or without filling, deposited on biscuit or without biscuit, covered with chocolate with decoration over or sprinkle over it.
