I made this video for a friend that doesn't know how to change the drill bit on a cordless drill. I hope everyone else can find this helpful too. Feel free to leave your comments and feedback. Thanks

  • Yeah.. I just effed up my hand doing that. Women and power tools don't mix well..

  • @ItsMsDori, sorry to hear that you effed up your hand, hope your feeling better! p.s. I know some woman that can operate a power tool better than me, it all just depends on you and your level of confidence. Keep up the hard work I know you will be better at this in no time, keep practicing!

  • I have a different question. I have the same drill with the same bit extender. I snapped a phillips bit into the extender but it won't come out. How does that come out?

  • @bereantrb, thats a good question, one I dont know the answer with out looking at the problem. The chuck on your drill should open wide enough to insert many different types of bit regardless of brand.

...the bit should come out the extender with either some muscles aka elbow grease or just a sold grip and some pliers. Be careful and let me know how it goes, thx

  • Thank you soooo much!!! I got instructions over the phone, but I was nervous that I was doing the wrong thing because it felt like the drill was going to hurt my hand. Your instructions gave me the confidence to finally do it.

  • @Zionlivity7, your very welcome!
