@celbi1215 I know I'm two years late but it's not false advertising. While they do not guarantee anything because of the random nature of accidents, the thinkpads have proven their durability again and again. Just look around here on youtube for drop tests and the like.

sorta they say it can resist water and dropping it but in the fine print it cant be guarantied but in the fine print it says air bag thing is needed 4 extra protection well it might be false advertising they are trying to trick u cause no1 really reads the fineprint
