About the only thing they got right in the Cinderella Man in the portrayal of Baer was his propensity for throwing backhanders, as shown in the Schmelling fight. Quite a dirty fighter, though a lovely man.

@rigamortis87 The boxer that Baer killed was called Frankie Campbell, and it was also believed at the time that Baer contributed to the death of another boxer called Earnie Schaaf who died whilst fighting Primo Carnera.
