In Hong Kong a homeless insane guy was shot in head and the reason that police gave is that he asked this insane guy to cooperate him since he got complain from people residing around that area sound compain. and then this homeless guy attacked the police with chair... and the police felt his life was endangered by this guy for that reason he shot this nepalese guy twice frt shot missed and the second shot in his head what a lame excuse of miss using his power.....couldnt he shot him in his body if he really felt that his life situation was endagered or use is head to call for back up or press his emergency botton that he has if he didnt have time to call back up

I two problems with what u said.... First: u think that officer that is good of a shooter?? (since he missed the suspect with his first shot) I believe that the officer fired shots at the suspect and just so happen that one of the shots hit the suspect in the head. Second: U stated that the officer should call for backup or press the emergency button. From what u stated, the officer was in contact with the suspect already. By the time backup arrives, I think it would have been too late.
