姚仁祿老師以0到15歲腦神經元突觸連接為例:
0歲新生兒的神經元突觸都還沒連接起來,
7歲之前的小朋友神經元突觸連接最密集,是因為這個階段的小朋友充滿了好奇心,
15歲小朋友的神經元突觸連接,沒像7歲小朋友的神經元多,因為當開始受教育後
好奇心、思考和閱讀也變少,連接過的神經元突觸也就會自動斷掉。
