  • really, really bad dye job, btw!

  • why on Earth would the CIty Club invite this tool to speak?

  • Unfortunately, CKL doesn't know the difference between a subject and an object pronoun (ie; I/me he/him we/us etc.). That doesn't read or sound articulate.

His having come through private schools and having been born into a family that certainly knew how to turn a phrase or two, I find it disheartening that he can't comfortably use correct English with ease.

Though it's a fun read, the feel of the book is uneven, certainly nothing that rings of literary greatness. I commend his work.

  • I bought this book and loved it. I know something about addiction, loss etc. I've been a Social Worker for 23 yrs. It was insightful, gritty and earthy. Kudos Chris,

  • Nov 22, 1963, I was going to the school office to have the radio turned on in my classroom, for a spanish lesson, 3rd grade, maybe 4th. Heard the news on the way back to class, we put our heads on our desk and said a prayer, were dismissed early. On my way home, I made my stops talking to my neighbors, they told me he was dead. At the age of 10 I knew enough to cry, not just for him but for the country.

I can just imagine what he remembers.

    Becky

  • That was a very good interview I'll admit! Kudos to his insight.

  • I bought and read his book. Dissappointed in it. It's mainly about his sexual escapades and crap like that. Maybe it was therapy to him but I threw it in the garbage after reading it. What I wanted to see is how his faith as a chrisian helped him to do the right thing and keep his marriage together, etc. I know he had a horrible example for a father, etc. I do wish him the best though.

  • Damn he looks so much like his father

  • chris lawford looks like his great dad peter, although peter lawford looked better during his time

  • Wow.. it was interesting to listen and watch.
