  • True...audio on most of our videos sucks. Unfortunately, even though it's a professional camera, it only has one audio mic input and it works intermittently. It was that or you get to listen to the Bee Gees playing in the background at my old gym! ;-)

    I think a better way would be to attach resistance bands to olympic rings and get deeper push-ups while the rings are pulled away from the body by the bands. It would take the friction of having your hands on the ground out of the equation.

  • Exercise hard on a regular basis, eat healthy and adequate, sleep. That's the big testosterone "secret"...

  • so let me get this straight, because my bodyweight is forcing the single hand grips into the ground and keeping them there it makes the pushup motion "better"?

    the weight pushing your hands into the ground creates enough friction to hold them there.

    do people with impressive chests do this? no.

    if you need more resistance applied to your pushup motion you do benchpress.
