I saw Pearl sleeping in front of a shelter in St. Paul, Minnesota.
She lives in fear of those she lives among. She laments those among the homeless that are strange, scary, and cold-hearted. It's not all of them, and she knows some are "really kind."
She spends her days on the lawn in front of the shelter, as she's not prone to wandering the streets. With pain and trouble, she calls the shelter in St. Paul her home—unable to meet the income requirement for a case manager.
A truly warm and kind heart, Pearl isn't what many of us expect when we try to put a face to homelessness.

What about family members and friends? Sadly the job market is so bad in America as we need to bring back assembly and manufacturing back into the USA.

people that don't want to stay homeless don't stay in that position for very long... trust me, I know...

I can honestly say i have been in this posisition, sleep in my car for months or slep at jobs when i had one, I follow mos all you profile on here , some are homeless by choice and some are not and most times you can tell witch or there at there own chosing, good work showing these people on here and your channel to let others see the people in them,

You have to have money for everything in this country. Nothing is free. That's why whenever I see a homeless person, I at least TRY to make an attempt to help them-- unless of course it's obvious that they're just going to spend the money on drugs, which I hate to say is the main reason a lot of these people are in this position. Bad upbringings, mental disabilities, drugs. The main three reasons why these people are homeless.

@eddysacat And if you were in her place...I bet you would say the same huh? You would voluntary go to the government and say "Take me to the pig farms and let them eat my disgusting remains". One word to you : LOSER!

@btskatepunks yes she does seem...and she is seeing in what she said and how. It's amazing how polite they can be even being on the streets...and some of the people commenting...have no idea what polite and respectful even mean.

@eddysacat Exactly right. They are sponges of society. Government is not their parents, If they can't fend for themselves, get rid of them.
