Crazy woman on Black Friday at Toys R Us in Hawthorne, CA. Sorry about the sound quality, it was from my Moto Droid, spur of the moment and about 20 feet away. Kudos to the manager for keeping calm during the entire ordeal. I was just waiting for her to start pounding on him.
