1. Get Google Chrome (you can do this with Firefox as well, but i just prefer/know how with Chrome).
2. Get the ModHeader extension for Chrome.
3. Enter "X-Forwarded-For" under header name (no quotations) and "12.13.14.15" under header value (again, no quotations).
4. ???
5. Profit!
If YouTube buggers up the header value or something just PM me.

Inspired by the first Kog'maw game here, I just gave Kog'maw a spin with Ionic spark; throw in a Malady also (and perhaps a Executioner's Calling or Wit's End), pop W and watch the enemy health disappear :)
