Hands Dipping Into Cows' Birth Canal to Assist Give Birth to Calves

Can anybody imagine cow needs an assistance to give a birth to her baby? You bet they do. According to a Korean TV program, it occurs very seldom. If that occurrence happens, a vet must dip his hands into the cow's birth canal, grab the tail, and then pull it out as hard as he can. It usually requires strength of more than two men.

The first calf came out okay. But the second one did not. It came out dead. (Two different occasions.) The vet says when it came out, he thought it was breathing. But soon after, breathing gave out.

The young vet is 31 years old. No prior experience. That's why he has to work with his father, who has long years of experience pulling calves out from mothers' wombs.

When I fist saw this, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I wowed. Now, after watching it more than twenty times, I watch it as usual.
