It's a cut from Staying Alive featuring brilliant Cynthia Rhodes who is performing fantastic `I Hope We Never Change` and `Waking Up` both written by Frank Stallone.
We can only hope Cynthia will come back some day...

  • "You spoke so soft and tenderly" - "You are my soul from underneath" - "living it up you're all I need, living it now can't you see, living it up you're all I need, takin' it all for free" ~~~~~~~~~Great lines~~~~~~~~~~~

  • It's funny when he gives her a hard time about Frank Stallone smiling at her when only moments before, HE was checking out the waitress!!

  • @inunn10 she married richard marx, and went home and had babies.

  • I love Cynthia's performing, she is good singing and acting, what happen with her?

  • It's so nice to know that others love Cynthia and the fantastic songs written by Frank Stallone. Thanks for putting them on here

  • I bought this soundtrack in one of those "10 cassettes for a penny" deals back in the day, and I must say--the music is really great. I loved Cynthia Rhodes' performance of "Finding Out the Hard Way". The movie may not have been a worthy sequel to Saturday Night Fever, but the soundtrack is very underrated.

  • Frank , a talented musican , Slyvester , a talented actor/director

  • love love love love it!!!!! staying alive one of my favorites because of the beautiful music!! did i say i love it?!

  • She's lovely !

  • Right around the time Richie Sambora's band Bon Jovi had formed. The band debuted commercially in 1984 with RUNAWAY from the self-titled debut. Their first multi-million seller was 1986's SLIPPERY WHEN WET followed by 1988's NEW JERSEY(Sambora is a New Jersey native like I am). Frank Stallone recorded music for his brother Sylvester's ROCKY movies. FS guest-starred on an episode of CBS's MY BIG FAT GREEK LIFE(the 7-episode series ran in early 2003).

  • Cynthia Rhodes unfortunaely didn't carry that cheerful expression seen here when performing FINDING OUT THE HARD WAY. I think that's because Jackie Cole(Rhodes) was very upset with Tony Manero(John Travolta) He showed up during the performance with the intent to apologize to Jackie, thus downgrading their romance to simple friendship.
