I just have one question, I am COMPLETELY new to writting resumes and the job market in general. in the summary of qualifcations what do I write? Can I write my school accomplishments?

You have probably long since answered this question (didn't get an e-mail about your query).
If you are new to the job market and school is just now in your back pocket, I would recommend listing your school accomplishments - absolutely!
School accomplishments will demonstrate your level of commitment which should be something any potential employer would respond to!

@miscmayzee what if we have no accomplishments then what?!

@texassexiimami361 They don't necessarily have to be career accomplishments or major awards. If you've done anything you are particularly proud of, it is fair game in this section.
If there is nothing though, just delete the section.
