I also feel your pain every chalet and hotel in the company is exactly the same, in fact your chalet looked fairly reasonable compared to some of the others out there, they use false advertising to lure people in and charge extortionate prices for basically nothing, I unfortunately worked for the company and the turnover for staff was ridiculous, probably 3-4 new members per resort every month Absolutely disgusting company and I hope that nobody ever books a holiday with this company ever again.

@tomstickland. I read your upset, as well as many others, with this company on a forum a while ago. Like yourself.. I will never, ever book with this company again, or the company they may again rebrand to. Im sorry tom that they evidently f****d up your holiday and have also severely pissed you off. Your not the only one mate. It looks like 2011-2012 will be spent in taking legal action against them. I feel a fool for ever trusting their glossy website.
