@RE2LeonS I agree with you that some FPS are tedious and it is nice to have a game that you actually have to stop and take stock of the situation and plan your next move. Just finished "The Docks" after 10 hours of play. Is this some kind of record?.

To all the button mashers out there. Don't try to break any records or league tables out there when playing this game. Try to relax and become part of the story and you will be rewarded as it unfolds. The hairs on the back of my neck have been raised quite a few times with the sheer suspense of the scenarios and the outstanding scenery. Ok it isn't as reactive as say Half Life and it does feel as though you are running on a track at times, but as I said earlier, just relax and take it all in.

People judge this game too harshly. I'm so sick of FPS but this was right up my ally, a breath of fresh air from having to shoot everything in my path

@TezChi yes refreshingly difficult until the docks when they start throwing cheap deaths at you especially because this game was not made for pure combat so when they throw a shotgun at you be warned you will have to fight using reflexes not skill but luck

@theparsonski I have no idea what my original comments were, but I have to disagree.
Assassins Creed was a complete waste of time. Boring, repetitive, dull, archaic, unbalanced gameplay.

@MotherJenova Assassins Creed wasn't horrible... it was slightly flawed but it was an amazing technical feat, and had some pretty excellent gameplay.

@MotherJenova Yes but look at the scale of it. The graphics are amazing, the controls are great, the combat is simple but looks awesome, and the free running is usually easy and smooth. Ok the missions were repetetive and there wasn't much to do after you'd finished, but the story was pretty good and it was a great first effort, much improved in AC 2.
