Hey, I dont know if u have the same problem as I do, but I have a dodge stratus and the cool and heat do not work on the levels 1-3 but the highest level is 4 but thats the fan but that works fine for cool or hot air. Would u have an idea of what the problem may be?

I fixed mine after several years of frustration. Unbelievable how cheap the plastic buttons feel. GM should be very ashamed. I would consider plastic kids' toys to be made better than this. So glad people are able to fix this stuff themselves. Luckily it's not that difficult to remove and dismantle.
