If this guy really existed, he was planted there deliberately. Being a Portuguese resident, a lot of people stand about in my complex on many occasions during the day/night... doesn't mean anything, could just be taking 5! It hasn't effected the Portuguese holiday complex's as we rent our house out 15 mins from this complex, business is brilliant and hasn't changed since this incident... But please understand why the residents are angry. however, I do hope justice is found, whatever the outcome.
