Kite Skimming in St.Augustine

Using a 3 meter Trainer foil kite and a skim board.
Recorded with GoPro HD Hero.
That is my first time kite boarding on water.

this is incredible man, i commend you on your footage. excellent day, and beach.

i've been doing this for 3-years on the West Coast around SARASOTA, i think its the most amazing thing... i kiteboard too, but the speed you can get doing this is insane!

mate, this rocks... was thinkin about tryin the same thing with a 3 m foil n a common plywood 41 in skim - do u think it would work out in about 15-20 knots? I weigh pretty much as much as u... thx :)

@anodizer I'm sure it would work.

Try to stay in shallow water,because if your foil kite fall into the water,i don't think you will be able to re-launch it and you will be in trouble if you far out! ;)

@Eyepix66 Just make sure you are not smash it to the ground"face"down,if you do the cells could "explode"and you trash the kite.

It's fun tho,i had that kite for 3 years no problem.

I got a 7 meter now but i'm thinking to get one of this again,i love this kite,you will love it too!!! :)

i want to try the same thing but my kite is a foil so i have to keep it in the shallow water or else ill get water in it but then im going to get the hydra 300 so i dont have to worry about that and i can like go out to the waves and ride them and stuff like that

@Ilovemytoast I wanted to try if it's work and it worked, I did about 2-3 times only with this small kite.

So no i don't do it so often,but it's fun for sure! :)
