After working on preparing all my code for 1.8.1, I got caught up with instead of converting to 1.8.1 improving how's mobs track the player. Mobs now require to be able to see the player to path to target him and path to him. As you can see, this can lead to the ability for stealth like play. Needs an auditory range for 360 degree detection but will do that later.

  • Once the zombie has detected you, he should make much more of an effort to find you.

  • you needa set up a small lil addon that it can still "see" you for a second or so after you leave the FOV.. honestly would you just stop looking for someone the moment they get behind you? that way they will "search" for you for a second untill they loose interest (being dumb undead and such)

  • Let the trolling being >:D

  • What texture pack is that? I love the chandeliers.

  • Your sneak level has increased to 61

  • I have three questions

can the mob see you throw a wall?

how long is the range of detection?

If it sees you, will it continue to follow you even if you are out of its range?

  • When you go to make this all 1.8.1, might I suggest making hunger and xp toggleble?

  • i just made a texture pack that makes zombies look like turets from portal

  • deaf enemies

    just like splinter cell

  • They should also be able to hear the player so that you can't just run towards them from behind without them knowing.

  • @theDMgamer They may be dumb, but they are hungry and persistent. They aren't going to just stop dead in their tracks when you leave their sight.

  • You should add critical damage to sneak attacks! lol
