  • Hey,

what i like about this recipe is that you use fresh garlic instead of the powdered stuff....

and using your hands is still the best kitchen tool...

    Chipotle Spicy Meatballs....yum yum!

    Joe

  • Thank you Joe!

  • That looked great. My wife is not able to take very much hotness at all. How picante would you say this is?

  • To me it is very mild, just a touch of spice really.

Normally I would add 2 chipotles and 2 tablespoons chipotle gravy sauce, but for YouTube I made the sauce mild.

  • Meatballs....YUM!, I know how to get those with my handy switchblade. HA HA! Thanks Michael, for another great recipe.

  • You are so very evil.

    ---

    Never measure my friend. :-)

    ---

When I make meatballs for albondigas I add rice in the mix.

    ---

I never thought about putting them in the oven... for albondigas I don't fry them at all, they just cook in the broth.

  • Hi Lisa! :-)
