just being a homophobic dude not wanting to put something in my bum hole lol The only thing I regret is not doing this right from the beginning as it can make a huge difference in anyones healing journey.

  • enzymedica digestive enzymes help a lot to get everything u eat digested so it won't get stuck in the colon

  • @cookrealfood stopped the aloe, wasn't so effective after all , for me YMMV . yte the eggs seem to be digesting ok.

    by the way eggs aren't dairy at all, common misconception, so you're probably good ;)

    so you drink aloe vera and you think it helps? i started using that, didn't notice anything, but i didn't do it carefully(everyday) maybe i should try again

  • @cookrealfood 7 months ago i made that comment -since then I've cut dairy [cept eggs so far] and gluten and wheat -feeling much better that said i get heat in the ilium area[nr appendix] whih appears to clear using aloe vera juice and couple billion cfu of various probiotic strains like bifidium and acidipholous etc though they dont help on there own, trial n error..

    real healing comes from within though :)

    Hey, i just wanted to give you a suggestion based on what you said...you might wanna try cutting out all Dairy for a little while and see if you feel better, i mean if it already made you feel better to cut out pasteurized milk idk

    i'm allergic to Dairy and i always had weird symptoms from it (like constipation instead of diarrhea) so i didn't know for a long time

  • I dont know what to make of this... Honestly i have been living with crohns for ahhh, 29 yrs or so. For the most part i know exactly what you and jini are doing. Because i use an assorted vitamin and mineral regime. For the longest i was only having 1 flare up per year, that lasted only 3 days max.

    That all changed 11/2 yrs ago. I wish i could go into it but i am now having to learn my body all over again. Jini's book looks intereating but i am absolutly not sure.

  • think I'm gonna go for some oral probiotics... have been having live milk ( not pasteurized or homogenized ) for about two months now - have certainly seen less cramping and less diarrhea.. I'd love to find a way to increase my probiotics intake orally as I seem to have more probs/cramps swelling etc with pains in my upper gut just under the centre ribcage bone and stomach ... I've some weird symptoms though which I"m not certain are connected to crohns .. I'm so confused riht now.

    gotta agree that probiotics appear to help from what I've been reading.. though for some reason my doc will not prescribe them despite I've been asking for over a year now ..though they have just said they'd give me some vitamins as `i'm so under weight now lol my docs are a joke .

  • this is very interesting because 2 days before i found out u did the probiotic enema, I was thinking to do the same for myself. 2 days went by, i looked u up again cause i remember some time ago i saw u vids. I wanted to know if anything has changed or if u found something that works in conjuction with SCD. Now my question, the first 2 times i have done the diet i got a severe flare that put me in the hospital. in a week of the diet i noticed die off symptons which is good (Continued above)
