The Cool Ones (1967) Trailer

The trailer to the 1967 flick "The Cool Ones", starring Debbie Watson and featuring a number of musical acts from that era, including Mrs. Miller (who appears in this trailer). I apologize for the quality of this clip. The passages with minimal action (including the Mrs. Miller portion) are passable, but the parts with much action are pretty poor.

Only one "hit song" came out of this "bust" of a movie: Lee Hazlewood's "This Town", which was covered by Frank AND Nancy Sinatra, achieving some popularity outside the film. The box office was such, though, that Warner Bros. never tried to do another film like it, ever again, and Debbie Watson (and Gil Peterson) never starred in another theatrical feature.
