This is one of my favorite scenes from this great and amazing movie. My ultimate favorite scene is when Peter gets knocked on the head with a baseball and he falls. Then he looks into a small body of water for the baseball and he sees himself as Peter Pan, his young self, not Peter Banning. That was right before he started remembering. It was like his own self, the Pan, was responsible for getting his memory back. What a powerful meaning and scene.

I saw this movie in theaters when I was seven and though I loved it, it depressed me so much I couldn't eat dinner that night. It's a very sad movie when you think about it. Peter running away as a baby, then coming back to find his parents had moved on and forgotten him. Wendy growing older while the boy she loves stays a child, he won't grow up for her but he will for her granddaughter. And then the tragic unrequited love of Tinkerbell! What a downer.
