@moiseswin I have heard about the 3 strikes in California. But I seriously doubt someone would get 60 years for weed? They tend to go after the pushers. But hey! if you're dumb enough not to learn your lesson after 3 times, maybe you deserve to go to jail.

@goodvibesallround Yeah true, Let me rephrase that.50+ years is enough for any crime except murder. Here in CA there is a 3 strikes thing going on. I have seen people get locked up for 60 years for weed. 60 YEARS!@!@! I don't smoke it or use any drugs, but i think that's insane.

@moiseswin Tell that to the family that lost a family member that they can't get back. Imagine losing your mother, father, brother or sister....is 50 years enough?.

@moiseswin yup i have a friend who went to jail for dating a freshmen when he was a senior. its no joke and if ur over the legal age or AT the legal age you WILL go to jail if the parents wanna press charges or police KNOW you had sex with the minor.

MY friend from school he's a senior he is going out with a freshmen that's 14!!! and he's 18! I tell him he's stupid but he doesn't listen...and yes they've sex and the girl's mom knows!!
