Blue Quills has cable TV in the dorms now

just a quick channel scan on my wal-mart onn branded tv (man thats rich). the tv has a feature similar to rds witch decodes the channel name, i did not input those my self and i tried scanning in cable mode but same number of channels. i think the cable system is on the vhf band only it works on cable and antenna modes. its funny cause channel 12 witch was pbs was working earlier now its not subscribed a.k.a the fail channel
