This is an ice (tundra) road but some idiots decided to use it during the summer.. then it rained resulting in epic luls. the amerifags however know no better

No. In this video they are showing roads that go through tundra. It's not possible to pave loads there because in winter it's like -55 degrees and roads get destroyed, no matter what technology is used. So basically these roads are good while it's dry but if it rains, this happens.

I guess that they dont have, and this is the result. They only spend their money on the military / weapons so...
