According to the Babylon 5 Wikia, the food is Grout head with a side of K'Wan. I tried to post a link, but I guess I can't. But if you know the B5 Wikia site, just look up Narn (planet) and scroll down to Lifeforms. Problem solved. :)

@scaurus I don't think G'Kar was a picky eater. Even on Centari Prime, he was eager for dinner.

@bluntman1138 - Yes, I remember the comments about the meatballs tasting like Breen, but G'Kar was also fascinated with humans. Remember some of Na'Toth's comments about G'Kar's obsession with humans?

@GT500org Actually Gkar like Swedish meatballs because as him and the Captain Put it, they tasted exactly like a food they had on Narn.
As Gkar points out. Every race has their own version of Swedish Meatballs. But it was hard for Narns on B5 to get the stuff from homeworld in order to make it.
