Because of its scene i started to watch this series from season 1 and i would like to add something that would make this scene even more funnier : andy should search for the symptoms and the women should be on the opposite site of the table and ask him what it says , he would answer "You could have network connectivity problems" and add "Should i 'Check for a Solution'?

I love that not only was this line completely ad-libbed, but one of the head writers of Parks and Rec considers it the best line in the history of the show, which as a writer, makes him FURIOUS. :-)

As others have commented, this line was ad-libbed. Apparently many of the scenes are filmed several times, which gives the performers a little bit of latitude to try things as they think of them.  There are a lot of talented comics on that show and they all ad lib at least a little bit of what makes it to TV.
