Exacting dietary intake is what is important to me (as I'm already physically active but new to vegan). How do I figure out how much carbs/proteins/fats I should ingest based on my current height/weight? Thanks in advance.

I need to lower my LDL and raise my HDL will this hekp.

@frugalnanny Doing this will help. Cardiovascular exercise is very important for raising HDL. Ideally you will do a minimum of 60minutes 4days a week at a moderate intensity. That will help immensely.
