It's like when you hear Brendon cover this song, you realize how genius the lyrics are. I love Third Eye Blind's version obviously, but there's something gripping about hearing a well-sung cover.

I didn't mean it that way. Both versions have tons of emotion, I just think this one has more. I love both 3eb and Panic!, both are amazing bands.

This version might not be as good as the original, but Brendon's voice is still fucking amazing. People who comment negatively aren't being constructive, they're being bitchy.

I personally love this cover and I like it better than 3eb. It's my own personal opinion so please don't get all upset. There's just something about it that steals my heart away amd when he sings "cuz he hates his life" it makes me cry. It does have feeling in it, it's beautiful.
