1965. Taken from the U.K. comp LP: "A Collection Of Beatles Oldies (Parlophone PCS-7016.) I got this new as an import back in 1981.

One of two Larry Williams covers the Beatles recorded in May 1965 as contenders for the second, non- soundtrack side of their next British album 'HELP !' (finally released on Aug.6th '65).The other was 'Dizzy Miss Lizzy' which did make the running but this track 'Bad boy' would remain unreleased in the U.K. for 18 more months until the release of 'A collection of Beatles Oldies' in Dec.'66 although it was released in '65 on a U.S. collection, maybe 'Beatles VI' anyone ?
