  • Great clip! Thanks for posting it. I just south of Eureka and drive north often. I love stopping and seeing the herds in Big Lagoon, Orick, and Newton B Drury via the scenic drive. July 8th 2010 we were lucky to see newborn calves (probably less than a week or two old as they were still separated from the main herd. Didnt get video, but did get some stills. They were just at the bottom of the hill coming down from Patricks Point/Big Lagoon Park at that first road. Thanks Again!

  • The vacation place with the little red school house, the cabins, the horses, the red caboose is now up for sale. The elk weren't there this past Saturday but the berry pie sure was great! You have to be a good pie baker or it won't work!!! Only one person has looked at it with the notion to buy. Hope somebody good takes over here. Lots of good things for the asking price.

  • The sneaky critters have been hiding my last two visits to that park.

  • 1st one to see this!
