just found your videos and i jsut started p90x but im trying the modified mass workout that tony posted... this is very helpful though hopefully soon ill be able to do the workouts without the videos and know the moves from watching this and practice =) btw how old are you looks like p90x is keeping you in great shape nice job

Why the 90 seconds thing?? Are you supposed to do each exercise for 90 seconds??

Hi Sylphadora. The videos are 90 seconds because they are meant to give you a "taste" of what the workout is like. Each of these workouts are about an hour. Each exercise length varies, but can be anywhere from 30 seconds each to a few minutes each.
